How long will it take for my product to ship?

Current production times prior to shipping are:

  • Unframed Prints: 2-5 business days
  • Unframed Canvases: 2-5 business days
  • Framed Prints: 5-7 business days
  • Jewelry: 1-3 business days
  • Stickers: 1-3 business days
  • Calendars: 1-3 business days
  • Digital Products: Available almost immediately

Once your item has shipped, I will notify you with you tracking information.  Jewelry and stickers are sent from my office, photography prints and canvases are drop shipped to you from my photo lab. Most items will ship quicker than the processing days listed above, however please allow the full processing time for your order to ship. If there is a delay, I will contact you immediately. Please contact me prior to international orders for an estimate. 

 

How long does shipping take?

At checkout, you’ll have a few different shipping options to choose from, each with an estimated delivery time. Please keep in mind that these time frames apply after your order has been processed (see above for processing times).

Our free shipping option uses USPS Ground Advantage typically delivering in 2-6 business days or longer depending one where you are within the U.S. If you need your order sooner, you can choose "Priority Shipping" or "Express Shipping" at checkout.

Be sure to enter the correct shipping address. If the address is incorrect and the package is returned to me, I am happy to reship it, but you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.


International shipping  

  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes! The processing times are the same for international orders but please allow extra time for shipping. All items are coming from Utah, Colorado or California USA.  Please see the shipping estimates in the checkout page for shipping speed. 

  • Am I responsible for duties? 

For all international orders the customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees upon import into their country.  If you refuse to pay the duties upon arrival, no refund will be issued.

  • What is your return policy for international orders?

As per EU law, we have a 14-day return policy. The product must be undamaged and unused when returned to us in order to process a refund. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping to Utah, USA. Please contact me first prior to any international returns. 

 

What is your return/exchange policy?

Your satisfaction is my priority, so if you're not happy with your purchase, you can return any item within 7 days of receiving it. Just contact me to begin the return process.

Print, canvas and framing details

  • Photo Prints

All prints are lustre finished and printed on professional photo papers so that you always receive the longest lasting and highest quality photographic prints available

  • Canvas

All canvases are artist grade canvas and 1.25" depth. Canvases come iwth finished backing, corner bumpers and metal screw fasteners that are ready to hang. 

  • Framing
Frames are high quality and come in black, white, natural wood or mocha (dark wood)

The genuine natural solid wood mouldings have a naturally rich finish and grain, and sometimes vary in finish slightly. Extra care is taken to ensure your frame is free of flaws and meets your high standards, so you receive a beautiful hand-made product you'll be proud
to present and display.

Frames dimensions are 1.125" wide on each side. If you add a mat to your frame, all mat's come in white. A mat will add an additional 1-2" to your print and frame.  If you would like a different color of mat, please reach out to me prior to ordering. amanda@shop17mile.com. 

All framed prints larger than 11x4 are finished with a wire hanger and ready to hang. Frames made from wood mouldings also feature a black paper backing. Framed Prints 11x14 or smaller include a sawtooth hanger.

  • Digital Products

When you purchase a digital product from my shop, you will automatically be sent an email with your download and printing instructions.  Please allow a few minute for the email to arrive. If you do not recieve the email within 2 hours, please check your spam box.  If it isn't there, email me amanda@shop17mile.com

How do I care for my jewelry?

All of our jewelry is stainless steel and made to last! To care for it, please follow the instructions below:

Stainless steel jewelry should be cleaned regularly. Mix mild dishwashing soap and warm water in a bowl. Dip a lint-free cloth in the soapy water and gently wipe clean. Wipe off any remaining soap with a damp cloth and clean water. Dry with a clean towel.

Stainless steel doesn't tarnish or rust, but it can scratch, so be gentle. Store separately and minimize contact with other jewelry to avoid damage and scratching.

Store stainless steel items in individual bags or pouches, such as the one it comes in. If jewelry does get scratched, you can have it professionally polished by a jeweler.
